Your privacy is important to us. 3. The Way We Use Information - We use the information you provide about yourself for the sole purpose of making contact with you, as per your request. We do not share this information with outside parties. We use the email address(es) that you provide to reply to your email or to communicate with established clients with their prior verbal consent. Such addresses are not used for any other purpose and are not shared with outside parties. If you request contact from us and choose not to disclose personally identifiable information that would allow us to contact you, you understand that we will be unable to do so. We use non-identifying and aggregate information to better design our website. Finally, we never use or share personally identifiable information provided to us online.
4. The Use of Email – Email communication is done through Hushmail. When we send an email through Hushmail to another Hushmail member, the contents of the email are encrypted and delivered to that member’s Inbox. When that member later opens the email it will automatically be decrypted. When we send an email through Hushmail to someone who is using another email provider, we will encrypt the contents of the email by typing a secret question and answer. You must be able to answer that question in order to decrypt and read the email. Notwithstanding the foregoing, it is noted that no electronic system communication can be absolutely secure. In providing your name, email address, phone number or any other personally identifiable information, you understand that you do so at your own risk.
5. Our Commitment To Children’s Privacy - Protecting the privacy of the very young is especially important. For that reason, we never collect or maintain information at our website from those we actually know are under 18, and no part of our website is structured to attract anyone under 18.
